Every day, CHILD opens its doors to children with special needs and opens the door to new opportunities, growth and achievement. This crucial work is not possible without the outstanding generosity of community members like you. Please view the options below to learn more about how to make a tax-deductible contribution.
Write a Check: To make a donation by check, simply mail your donation (made out to Children’s Institute) to our office:

In the memo line of the check, please indicate the designation of your donation or payment. i.e “Arts Program”, “Pledge Payment” “In Memory of John Smith”. Undesignated checks will indicate a donation to the general operating fund.

Join the CHILD at Heart Society: With a five year commitment of $1,000 or more per year you can help to sustain CHILD’s future and ensure that many many more students will receive help before they fail. Workplace Giving: Designate a gift to CHILD through United Way or other Workplace Giving Campaigns. Employees have the opportunity to make a donation and have it automatically deducted from their paycheck on a one-time or reoccurring basis. Our tax ID # is: 91-1055331. Double Your Impact! Many companies will match donations their employees make to a charitable organization. To double the impact of any donation you make, review our list of Northwest companies that currently have matching programs.
