Student Videography Program

Duane Edmonds and Laurie Simons guide students as they develop new tools for self expression through videography.  Our video program is about more than gaining technical know-how.

  • It is about the boy who found CHILD just in time (or he would have ended up in a residential institution), and now he is working on producing his fourth film.
  •  It is about the girl who stayed quiet and couldn't make eye contact with adults, who is now in the studio recording songs about her life. 
  • It is about the young man who was always being told to be quiet and settle down, who is now producing and recording voices and sound effects to enhance the class video project. 

    Students have the opportunity to use state of the art video editing and sound equipment as part of their school program, thanks to funding from the Lucky Seven Foundation.
