Before and After School Child Care

Our program staff provides before and after school Child Care for our students who need continuity in their day and whose families need their child to be enrolled in a full day program. The program is available from 7:30 a.m. until school begins at 8:45 a.m. and afterschool until 6:00 p.m. The charge is $13.00 per hour.
 Child Care is a relaxed afternoon of fun and games. Every day after school we begin by talking about our day and sharing fun and interesting things. We then move on to a recess, or free choice, period where the kids can play games, socialize with their peers or play with toys. Next, we have a small snack and then it’s on to arts and crafts, with crafts such as sun catchers, treasure boxes, small games and decorations.
After arts and crafts we play games like Scatagories Jr., table hockey or badminton. On Wednesdays when the students have early dismissal, we watch a fun video before moving on to our regular schedule.
