Summer School



CHILD’s Summer School is designed for students ages 3–17 years who learn differently.

The 2010 summer session runs Tuesday, July 6 through Friday, August 13. Hours are 8:45 AM–3:15 PM Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays and 8:45 AM–1:00 PM  Wednesdays.

Early Childhood
We are providing a unique opportunity for children ages 3–6 years old with identified or suspected special needs to enroll in CHILD’s 6-week full or half-day summer session and benefit from a full complement of assessments. Reports will include a comprehensive review and recommendation of support needs in the following areas:

  • Social-emotional   
  • Sensory-processing
  • School support needs   
  • Speech-language
  • Adaptive skills   
  • Gross and fine motor skills


School-Age
Our school-age program is designed to support academic gains and maintenance of critical skills through fun and enriching summertime activities.

Therapeutic Services
Our Developmental Therapy Services provides supplemental evaluations and assessments. Please contact us if you believe your child would benefit from occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, and/or mental health counseling.
